This year, we’re launching quarterly classes with Flow Fitness. Join us for our first class in the Tenant Event Center, which will be FlowBarre5, a fusion of ballet, yoga, and pilates movements- focusing on small muscle movements to deliver a full body workout! These classes will now be open to the public. Invite your friends for a quick, lunch-time workout!
